To change the address of one of your locations

For information on postal codes outside of North America, see the FAQ European Postal Codes.

On the website:

  1. On the left side of the screen, click Locations.
  2. If your account has more than one Location, a list of locations will appear. Mouse-hover over a line in the list until the word Edit appears. Then, click it.
  3. Enter the Address , City and Zip Code in the appropriate fields.
  4. Use the dropdown menus for Country and State.
  5. Click SAVE when you're done.

On iPhone:

If your account has more than one Location, choose the one you want to work with at the top of the screen:
  • With the appropriate Location selected, touch More
  • Then, select My Location
  • Enter the Address , City and Zip Code in the appropriate fields.
  • Use the dropdown menus for Country and State.
  • Click SAVE at upper right when you're done.

On iPad:

  • If your account has multiple Locations, you will have a choice in the lower left corner of the screen, as seen below.
  • Touch one of the Locations to select it.
  • With the appropriate Location selected, touch More
  • Then, select My Location
  • Enter the Address , City and Zip Code in the appropriate fields
  • Use the dropdown menus for Country and State
  • Click SAVE at lower right when you're done.

On Android:

If your account has more than one Location, choose the one you want to work with at the top of the screen:
  • Touch then Settings
  • Touch Locations and then Location Settings
  • Enter the Address , City and Zip Code in the appropriate fields
  • Use the dropdown menus for Country and State
  • Click SAVE when you're done.
