YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN AS THE MASTER USER (SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR) TO DO THIS.
Depending on the type of control panel in your system, you may have a 4-digit or 6-digit user code.
On the website:
- Log into your account as the Master User (in some systems, the Master User is known as the System Administrator)
- On the left side of the screen, click My Profile
- On the next screen, take note of the Access area, seen below:
- Note that the SAVE button doesn't become available until you've selected one of the "Apply code to..." options.
- Click SAVE. The system requests confirmation:
- Click YES. The system displays a confirmation message:
- Click OK. The system confirms that your changes are saved and being synced:
