Your Remote Service is compatible with a variety of video doorbells. Consult your security professional to find out if your previously installed device can work with your Remote Services account.
If you were using a video doorbell installed before you got your Remote Services account:
- Tell your security professional you already had a video doorbell working with the app provided by its manufacturer.
- If the device is compatible, your installer will tell you what is required and enable Video Doorbell service.
