On the website:

On the left side of the webpage, click Locations. A screen like the one above appears, showing the system status at each of your account's Locations in a 'collapsed' view.

One of the systems shown in this example has synchronization problems, indicated by the red bars at the top of the page. (Read on for more about what we mean by synchronization and the shortened term "sync".)

If your account has more than one Location, you can click the text button to display detailed information. If your account has one location, click the on the right to expand the display:
Below the button you will see:

Default View

The system status of each Location in your account is displayed.
  • Click a Location's name for a quick jump back to that location's Security screen.
  • The expanded display shows the Location's address, any optional services subscribed to, and any cameras installed on the premises. If the premises are Partitioned, the security status of each partition is also shown.
  • Multiple locations are listed alphabetically by default. If you want to change the order of the list, click the button at top right and use the grab handles   to drag the rows into the desired order.  Click SAVE to keep the order you've set.

When expanded, each location has an  button.

Click EDIT and a page of settings appears.
  • At the top of the page, click the word Change on the location's picture to select a new image; choose from images saved on your PC or device.
  • Click in the Location Name, Address, City and Zip Code fields to enter text.
  • Use the dropdown menus for Country, State and Time Zone.
  • Sync Status shows the current status of data synchronization between the system control panel and your Remote Service. This information is display-only and cannot be edited; read on for more about the SYNC functions available on this page.
  • Click the buttons next to Fahrenheit or Celsius to choose one.

My Access
  • If you wish to set a new User Code for yourself, click the word SHOW to display the current code, then enter a new 4- or 6-digit combination. Don't forget to SAVE at lower right.
  • Slot number is display-only and cannot be edited. This number is assigned by your system panel and has no bearing on a user's privileges and permissions.
  • Below the User Code area, the Location's enabled services are displayed. Services include:

    (There may also be icons for other services.)

    At lower right under My Access:
    • Click SYNC USERS to manually synchronize user information such as user codes and updated profiles between the system control panel and Remote Services.
    • Click SYNC PANEL to manually synchronize all other information between the system control panel and Remote Services.
    • It is usually not necessary to click SAVE after either of these Sync actions, but if in doubt and the SAVE button is blue, click it. However, you should...
    • Click SAVE after any changes made.

Device View

The status of each device at the Location is displayed.
  • Click the  on the right to expand the display
  • From this screen, you can manually operate connected devices in the same way as from the Automation screen (called Devices on some systems).
  • In the expanded view, the EDIT button opens the Settings/My Access screen pictured above.
