Who can use the Remote Services/Total Connect mobile app?

All Administrators and Standard Users can use the iOS and/or Android versions of the app.

There are no special requirements beyond downloading/installing the app and signing in with the same credentials as on the Remote Services/Total Connect website.

Panel Only system users cannot log into Remote Services and can only operate the system control panel at a given location.
