These messages mean your security system’s control panel is not connected to the Remote Services network .
  • If you are on the premises, check the panel's cellular and Wi-Fi connections and AC power supply. See below for some quick indications but refer to your panel’s user manual for complete information.
  • If you are not on the premises and see one of these messages via Remote Services, contact your security professional.
If one or both connections cannot be restored, contact your security professional.
BOTH CONNECTIONS should be working at all times to maintain the desired redundancy.
