The terms "System Administrator" and "Master User" are used interchangeably throughout these FAQs.
Either term may appear in written or online material from your dealer or central monitoring company.
The System Administrator/Master User is typically the owner or manager of the premises with access to all user functions in the security/home automation system.
Other Administrators can create new users, delete users or disable users without deleting them from the system. Administrators have access to most services and devices in the system at a given Location, including the ability to add and remove devices in the system.
