When viewing a multi-partition Location through Remote Services, the Master User/System Administrator or Partition Manager* will see a popup like this one:

Click CONFIGURE NOW and a setup wizard will guide you through the process. If you select LATER, you’ll see a prompt to enable Partitions the next time you visit the Security page:
