Your camera(s) may be offline for one or more of these reasons:

  • Power trouble: Check the camera's connection to AC power. (You might also want to make sure your home's Wi-Fi router has power and is working.)
  • Connection problems: Try resetting the camera. Refer to the instructions that came with the camera for help locating the Reset  switch and more instructions.
