On the iOS app

To start User Sync only:

  • If your account has more than one Location,select the one where you want to Sync or refresh status information.
  • Touch More on the bottom menu
  • Select Settings
  • Select Users
  • Touch the   button
  • A dialog box appears, notifying you that sync has been initiated.  You can confirm this and see synchronization results on the Activity page.

To see Activities logs for other systems in your account, return to the Home screen and touch Recent Activities (you may have to scroll down). The app displays activity for your current location. To change locations, go back to the Home screen and use the selection arrow at the top to choose one.

On the Android app

To start a User Sync only:

  • On the Home screen, use the the menu...
  • ...to select Settings
  • Then select Users
  • Touch the   button
  • A dialog box appears, notifying you that sync has been initiated.  You can confirm this and see synchronization results on the Activity page.

NOTE:

To see Activities logs for other systems in your account, return to the Home screen and touch Recent Activities (you may have to scroll down). The app displays activity for your current location.  

To see event logs for other systems in your account, return to the Home screen and change locations, using the dropdown selection arrow in the top left corner of the screen.

On the website

To start a User Sync only:

  • Click   on the left-hand menu
  • On the All Users list, click the Sync Users button
  • You are notified that sync was initiated. To verify that the sync operation started and was successful, click .
