Some versions of Internet Explorer 11 may not display video from your wireless HD cameras.
If you see something like this on your PC's browser, but you're sure the camera is working because it's visible on other devices...
...try one of these fixes:
- Check for an update to your version of Internet Explorer 11. (The way to check for updates will vary with your machine's operating system.)
- Try your Remote Services account and its cameras with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari browser or Microsoft Edge.
