This message is displayed when the app cannot communicate with your security panel in order to retrieve a list of sensors currently associated with the Location.

First, check your mobile device's cellular data and any current Wi-Fi connection. At least one of these connections must be working.
  • Your device's Cellular Data usage should be on/enabled.
  • If you are on Wi-Fi, your Wi-Fi source(router) must be connected to the internet.
If you have access to the security panel at the Location, please check the panel's  Wi-Fi and/or cellular connections. At least one of these connections must be working.

If you cannot resolve the problem, contact your security dealer for support.
