• If you are using Internet Explorer, you must designate Remote Services as a Trusted Site in order to use the multiple user upload feature.
• Your remote service is inherently a secure website, but it can’t hurt to click the “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone” checkbox.

1.  Navigate to the Remote Services log-in URL (Example shown below; the address of your service will vary.)
2. In the upper right corner of the screen, click the Tools icon
3. Select Internet Options
4. Select the Security tab
5. Select Trusted Sites, then click Sites
6. Verify that the URL in Step 1 appears in the field “Add this website to the zone"
7. Click Add
8. The URL is added to the Websites list seen at bottom right.
9. Click Close
