On the iOS app:
- On the Home page of the app, touch at the bottom of the screen. Your account's cameras and doorbells are displayed:
- Touch the button at upper right. The most recent recorded clips are displayed (scroll down for older clips):
- Touch the button to the right of the desired clip. Clips from most compatible cameras will display the sole option Download Clip. Touch the Download Clip text button to save the clip to your device's photo/videos library.
- Clips from certain devices, such as the VX1 video doorbell offer additional options:
- Delete Clip permanently removes the clip and all associated data from the Remote Service's servers. This option prompts for a confirmation step.
- Download Clip saves the clip to your device's photo/videos library.
- Rate Object Detection opens a dialog box that asks you to confirm the camera's analysis of what it detected (a person, a package, an animal, etc.).
On the Android app:
- On the app's home screen, touch CAMERAS at the top of the screen:
- Touch the button at upper right. The most recent recorded clips are displayed:
- Touch the button to the right of the desired clip. Clips from most compatible cameras will display the sole option Download Clip. Touch the Download Clip text button to save the clip to your device's photo/videos library.
- Clips from certain devices, such as the VX1 video doorbell also offer the option Rate Object Detection, which opens a dialog box that asks you to confirm the camera's analysis of what it detected (a person, a package, an animal, etc.)
On the website:
- On the website, click Cameras on the left side of your screen. Your account's cameras and doorbells are displayed:
On the Cameras page, Today's Camera Activity is listed below the preview images and controls for your cameras.
Each row in the list shows the time a video clip was recorded and offers the means to play the clip, download it to your computer or hide it from this activity list. (To un-hide a clip you've hidden from the list, see the FAQ Can Events Be Hidden Or Deleted?)
- On the list, click on the clip you want to see.
