Security Professional Access grants your dealer one-time, nearly-full access to your account for troubleshooting and adjustments. This access can be granted only by the Master User and can last for 2 hours or 24 hours, depending on the Master User's preference. The Master User can also manually revoke this access ahead of time.

Admin and Standard users, please contact your System Administrator/Master User for help with this feature.

Depending on your account settings, granting and revoking this access can originate email and/or on-device push notifications.
