Can I dismiss or silence sensor alerts (like windows and doors) from the Remote Service?

Yes (with a couple of restrictions).

When the system is not armed

You can clear a faulted sensor with the Bypass option.

Display the Sensors menu
Locate the sensor causing the alert
Press the Bypass icon.

When the system IS ARMED

Disarming the system also silences audible alarms and sensor alerts(except for Fire and Carbon Monoxide alarms).

Press the DISARM button. You may be required to enter a user code.

Note that Fire and Carbon Monoxide alarms cannot be dismissed from the Remote Service!
