This can occur when the app (or PC browser) cannot communicate with your security panel in order to retrieve a list of sensors currently associated with the Location.

First, check your mobile device's cellular data and Wi-Fi connections. At least one of these connections must be working.
  • Your mobile device's Cellular Data usage should be on/enabled.
  • If your device is currently on Wi-Fi, your Wi-Fi source (router) must be connected to the internet.
  • If you are on a PC, make sure it is connected to the internet.
If you have access to the security panel at the Location, check the security panel's Wi-Fi and/or cellular connections. At least one of these connections must be working.
